JALUPRO

Jalupro is an injectable treatment with a unique ‘bio revitalising’ action. It is particularly effective in areas of the skin where there are deeper wrinkles or that are marked, through acne scarring for example. Jalupro stimulates the skin’s natural ability to regenerate, resulting in deeply hydrated, plumped and smoothed skin.

The cells of the subcutaneous connective tissue in our skin are called fibroblasts. These cells produce collagen and are responsible for skin tone and elasticity. The natural ageing process and factors like sun exposure reduce this process, causing loss of skin volume.

Jalupro combines hyaluronic acid with essential amino acids to feed and restore skin vitality.

Patients may feel an immediate improvement thanks to the hydrating effect, but it can take a few weeks before the real results of treatment start to be noticed – as the Jalupro encourages the body to produce its own anti-ageing collagen and elastin.

How does Profhilo work on the skin?

Profhilo acts globally on the entire structure of the skin.

When injected, the high fluidity of the product allows multilevel bioremodeling, replacing the architecture of the Extracellular Matrix that provides better tissue structure and skin quality in its three layers.

▪ In the epidermis (1st layer), Profhilo acts on keratinocyte differentiation, providing vibrancy, luminosity and rejuvenated skin quality..⠀▪ In the dermis (2nd layer), the product promotes an increase in the production of types I and II collagen fibers, in addition to elastin, which is essential for preventing aging. ⠀▪ In the hypodermis (3rd layer), there is a stimulus in the differentiation of stem cells into adipocytes and, consequently, an increase in cell vitality.

The procedure is super quick (about 10 minutes) but first I will carry out a global assessment of the face and remove any doubts so that my patient is completely comfortable and familiar with it.

The effect of Profhilo lasts around 8 months, but this can change depending on each person's age and skin.

After application, the patient can return to their daily activities normally.⠀

Treatment with Profhilo is very calm but there are 3 precautions that I always recommend in the 24 hours following the procedure:

1- Firstly, avoid intense physical activities; 2- Secondly, avoid sun exposure3- Finally, massaging the area is not recommended.

How long does the result last for?
